Access Works at Brightworks



Ongoing Support

  • All packages include post-launch support (1–6 months depending on the package).

  • During this period, we will fix any issues, make minor updates, and help you get comfortable managing your site.

  • After the support period ends, we remain available for additional maintenance, updates, or new features at an hourly rate or through a maintenance retainer.

Domain

  • We register your domain for free for the first year.

  • After the first year, you can renew the domain yourself (recommended so you stay in full control) or let us manage the renewal for you.

Hosting Options

1. Host with Brightworks (Recommended for most clients)

  • We will host your website on fast, secure, and reliable servers.

  • Includes free SSL certificate (https://), regular backups, security updates, and uptime monitoring.

  • Starter & Professional packages include 1 year free hosting.

  • Custom package includes 1 year free hosting + basic maintenance.

  • After the first year, you can continue hosting with us at a reasonable monthly/annual fee or move it elsewhere.

2. Self-Hosting or Third-Party Hosting

  • You can take the full website files and host them anywhere (e.g. Hostinger, SiteGround, AWS, Vercel, etc.).

  • We will provide you with detailed handover instructions and support during the migration process (within the post-launch support period).

Full Ownership After Payment

  • Once your final payment is cleared, you own 100% of your website.

  • You will receive the complete source files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, etc.)
    and any design files (e.g. Figma or editable logo files).

  • You are free to move the website to any hosting provider you choose,
    make changes yourself, or hand it over to another developer at any time.
